The “I”, The “Us”, The “We”

I or Me: I’m an operational strategist dedicated to designing systems that center liberation, justice, and radical care. For me, liberation is operational. It shows up in how decisions are made, how conflict is addressed, how responsibility is shared, and how care is resourced. My approach challenges extractive and oppressive systems while supporting the development of trauma-informed, capacity-building alternatives that people can realistically sustain. I believe that no one is free unless we are all free, and my work is rooted in challenging oppressive structures while building sustainable, trauma-informed alternatives.
