I help leaders and individuals move ambiguous tasks into structure. I guide you toward clarity when you state “I don’t know where to go from here.”

I work with your operations team on road-mapping. Naming the unnamed, and making the invisible, visible. I connect people, process, time, money, and decisions into a coherent system.

Practice Labs

I customize practice charrettes to facilitate with your team where we create experiential role-play on real-world scenarios to support with navigating conflict, and strengthening decision-making under pressure.
