Below are flat rate options for severance negotiation coaching. Note that once you sign onto one package you cannot upgrade at a later time, only request add-ons based upon availability. Services are typically rendered over the course of 1 calendar month with a 1 business day response time.

Strategic Review Package - $600

• 2 document reviews, may include:

  • severance agreement

  • written counter offer

• 1 written strategy analysis outlining risks, decision points, and strategy

• 2 written response reviews with suggested edits

• 1 - 30 minute call for clarification

  • This can be divided into 2 - 15 minute check-ins
    

Extended Review Package - $1200

• All Strategic Review services plus:

• 2 additional document reviews. This may include:

  • arbitration agreements

  • original offer letter

  • signed code of conduct

• 2 additional written response reviews with suggested edits

• 1 comprehensive list of talking points with contingencies

• 1 additional 30 minute clarification call

  • This may be broken down into 15 minute check in calls

  Add Ons

• Additional document review … $75/page of new documents

• Response editing… $150/draft

• Additional call time… $350/hour
